The fact it's taken them over five years to respond to this just demonstrated the depth and degree to which they were culpable. Looking forward to some mealy-mouthed self-defence and some trite hand-wringing, along with painfully crafted PR speak.

The article I just read (Sky News I think) said it took this long because they couldn’t release it during any ongoing legal proceedings.
