Clear blue skies here all day but it's not that clear across the water. 

I can just make out the beach at Llandudno cos the sun's shining on it but I can barely make out the Great Orm itself.

We got away with it, very small shower at half 5, but  ended up just being a very warm night. Went for a walk to drop a balloon off at the restaurant we are taking my lad to tomorrow, fell into a bar with her brother on the way to Aldi and then ended up drinking wine and eating humous in our garden.

We've had an amazing sea fret come in this afternoon, I actually thought it was a fire somewhere. 

We lost the view of the sea and across the estuary valley but now we're approaching sunset it's just amazing.

The peaks of Snowdonia and other mountains look like they're floating mid air.

Its predicting 36-40 in some places. I love the hot weather but those temps in the UK is pretty awful.

But i am enjoying it overall as generally i love the hot weather.

It sounds absolute crackers, but I'm gonna say it anyway;

I used to subscribe to the notion that the heat abroad wasn't as insufferable as when its hot here in the UK. Then I spent seven days in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic the other week! Literally never known heat like it, it was horrendous during the day, even the locals were complaining. Into the 40s, no breeze but air con in the hotel so all was not lost.

That said, to go from the heat in a most stunning part of Slovakia, to sitting on the top deck of the 10A coming home from work in this heat, kecks sticking to you, stuck in roadworks, bus smelling of wet dog and weed.......... hell on earth.

It's definitely been windy and some of the temps have been on the low side but it's not been cold as such although plants and flowers are late getting going.

I guess cos I'm outdoors doing something in the garden every day it's annoying having to go indoors or stay under a brolly so I don't burn when it's this hot.

We're back to normal temps again now so I'm happy 😁
