Genuinely still don't know if Joey Essex is really that thick or the whole thing's the biggest act of all time.

Ruddock actually seemed quite good.

I thought I couldn’t stand him until I discovered Gemma Collins and realised what real loathing is.

Andy Grant was a bit undersold. All the blurbs described him as a retired middle distance runner. Surely a long way from describing the inspiring lad who made such a memorable anfield wrap podcast not so long back, describing losing his leg being blown up in Afghanistan, and his YNWA tattoo being reduced by the surgeon to You'll Never Walk.. I was cheering him on but the Essex twat was always going to be the mainstream preference. Lots of rubbish cooking but they have a company policy of not laying in to the Celebrities. I can only hope there's decent wedge handed out for taking part like on some of the other reality shows, all of which I hate.

Greg is just in it for the TV experience.

I was pulling for Exose but can't argue with Stu - he just seemed to get better and better as the competition got towards the end. Really watchable series again.

3 great chefs at the end there. Marcus Rashford lookalike Xose just wasn't good enough at the end. All the dishes were amazing. Some serious feedback from the judges for Stu's main course.

Really good series this year, the final 4 were all brilliant. Of the final 3 anyone could've won it going into the final but Stu was the worthy champion, he just kept getting better and better. Stu has his own style and looks set to really make a name for himself in the future.

Ah I was really rooting for Exose but seems like he just lacked the wow factor.

All of them were brilliant, strongest final I can remember. It’s hard to judge how good chefs are when you’re not tasting their food but they all were cooking food I’d love to try.

i dont mind that, as long as we never get to the point of re-filming certain bits like they do in the states. 'Can we take that from the top darling, your frown wasn't deep enough when your souffle collapsed'
'When they start singing 'You’ll Never Walk Alone' my eyes start to water. There have been times when I’ve actually been crying while I’ve been playing'

Sad news about Michel Roux. Used to love it when he turned up on Saturday Kitchen, all the other chefs in total awe.
