Taiwo Awoniyi man of the match.

he’s doing very well for Union, maybe he can secure a permanent move there.  Fitted in nicely at a club that’s really punching above it’s weight.

The Dortmund - Wolfsburg game is a wonderful clash of too light shirts in yellow and green, be nice if Wolfburg could have worn a darker kit  ;D

there’s been a few games recently that’s been like this too!

Bit mad this one though, thought it’d be an obvious one for Wolfsburg to wear dark shirts at least - their shirts this season are very one coloured than some previous.

Sancho is having a stinker so far, missed an open goal now pretty much.

Haaland is amazing though.

Sancho’s first league goal of the season  ::)

It’s been a slog for him so far, maybe todays game gets him going.

Wolsburg played pretty well, can consider themselves a bit unlucky.

Yep - been flicking through this game and the other; Tolisso and Sane real weak points for them, quicker they can get Coman and Goretzka back, the better

Mainz look good value for it too.
He'll win the league in the next 3 years. Quote me on that.
Quote me on this, but come next season he'll be great for us. Just needs to remove the walking headless chicken next to him

Hard to see Mainz holding on after conceding so early second half.

2-2. We know where this is heading...

Nice little video at the link below about Tasmania Berlin, the team that are hoping and praying Schalke don’t equal and then break their record this weekend. Fans of Tasmania even went and stood outside the Olympiastadion last week when Schalke played Hertha, in the vain attempt of willing them to a win  ;D

Gotta love lower division teams and fanbases like this.

At least Gladbach are making a fight of this, thought it was game over after half an hour  :P

Could still be a tonking 2nd half of course.

what a goal son  :o Florian Neuhaus with quite the hit.

Seems clear Bayern can't defend anywhere near as well as they did last year.  Whether it's the dead legs meaning their press doesn't work as well or something else they can be gotten at.

Bayern Munich have been leaking rather a lot of goals this season too.

Funny thing is - they have been going behind in games pretty much every week too for a good while, but coming back to get points each time. Tonight they took the lead finally, but lost.

He played for 74mins vs Bayern Munich yesterday, has been out for around last 9 months, but is slowly on his way back to full fitness.

What's funny is that I looked at Transfermarkt to see that he has started playing again recently and then looked at the lineup graphic for today's game, didn't see him in the midfield nor on the bench so I posted.  But he was listed as a right midfielder on the graphic and I just didn't think he'd be listed anywhere other than in central midfield.  Really interested in him as if he's returns to his previous level I think he could be a steal for some team since he's fallen off the hype train after his injury.  Fully expect Rose to try to bring him to Dortmund which would be an odd transfer for them in that it's a prime age player.

Good game going on so far in 2 Bundesliga, between league leaders HSV and Nürnberg, Nürnberg in the lead so far, 20 mins in.

THE big game is the late one, RB Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund. Big for both of ‘em. Leipzig can go top if they win, BVB can get just 3 points behind Leipzig with a win.

And every fan of Tasmania Berlin will be cheering on Schalke in the early games, they are at home to Hoffenheim.

taiwo awoniyi just got player sent off.

rightly so as last man foul

union berlin take lead from the free kick he earned just outside the box.

another incident with taiwo involved. stood in front of the keeper and goal disallowed.

union looking decent so far

Mental thing is if Schalke hold on, they’ll only be 4 points (and GD) behind Köln who are 15th despite being a carcrash all season.

Köln just been having a really odd season, cos before today they where doing really well away, including games at Dortmund and Leipzig - and had the best defensive goals against away record. Freiburg tearing that up though! At home though - abysmal.

IT’s what gives me faint hope for Mainz, cos it is so tight, but sadly that dissapears each game week.

Freiburg score again, 4-0. Christian Streich’s team are absolutely flying.

Matthew Hoppe hat-trick for schalke. Tasmania seem safe  ;D
