It’s much easier to get hooked on conspiracy theory through social media.

The big theory in the 1970s was Jack the Ripper was actually one of Queen Victoria’s children and protected by a Masonic conspiracy based on Stephen Knight’s ‘Jack the Ripper - The Final Solution’. It had a limited spread due to the fact that you could only source it through your local library and Garston library’s one copy was often taken about by me and my mates.
