IT'S TURNING LEFT!
Johnson, Thomas & Mcilroy to make an eagle during the masters - 6/1They will all have two putts a day i expect at it. might be worth a punt
Good bet that looks mate
I think so - skybetI’ve had a few quid on it, nothing major
Speak for yourself, Masters is the best one of the 4
Any of McIlroy D Johnson or Rose to have Bogey Free Round 1boosted from 4/1 to 8/1 on skybetany one know if this has a good chance of landing?
Crosby Nick never fails.
Done £30 each on Spieth, Rory and ThomasFew smaller bets on Reed Kuchar and Noren
yer ma should have called you Paolo Zico Gerry Socrates HELLRAZOR
I've got nice ante post tickets on Tommy Fleetwood at 100/1 and Charley Hoffman at 150/1 from earlier in the year. Since then little e/w goes on Kizzire at 175/1 (10 places), Henley 110/1 (8 places) (and 90/1 FRL). Plus Matsuyama at 33/1 (8 places). Big price for him although injury problems obviously a concern.I cannot for the life of me split the top of the market. All signs point to Justin Rose in fairness but just don't want to back him. Getting yourself in the right positions with your second shot is absolutely key so strokes gained: approach is the stat to look out for I think. Sergio, Phil, JT, Spieth, Hideki, Tiger all towards the top of that this season...
Seems like Thomas fell apart in the last few hik s, same with Casey (after a great run) and Rose couldn’t hole anything so alas, I came away empty handed.See you back in here for the US Ooen!
Butch Harmon was saying in commentary last night Casey was telling him he damaged his back at the start of the week due to the firm bed he was sleeping on! Casey said he could barely swing a club on Thursday. I had money on him as well.
thats mad about the mattressthink money is being invested in properties around therecasey was on fire for a while yesterday. he was about 7 under for the back 9 at one point. if he parred the last two holes he would have tied the course recordi hope he will play the ryder cup
He will. He's rejoined the European Tour now, so he's eligible. Injury is the only thing that will stop him teeing it up in Paris.
I've read articles before about people who own properties in Augusta being able to rent their house out for two weeks around the tournament and make enough money to pay their mortgage for the whole year.
i am sure there are plenty of takerswhen the ryder cup was in Ireland, people made a fortune renting out housesi notice on airbnb a few are already charging mega money for portstewart for the british open in 2019
A girl I work with is from Portstewart and says her friend has rented out a two bedroom apartment for the Open week next year for £2,500. Not bad eh!
nice workthe brother in law has a place he reckons he can get his hands on. he stays in it a few times a year nearby and reckons he is the only golf fan there. ive told him im interestedif people are booking then id recommend doing an airbnb now. there are some great prices alreadythe packages on this site https://www.portrush2019open.com/ are crap. nice hotels but over an hour from the course. screw that
I'll be getting the train up from Belfast. Worked well at the Irish Open last year. I imagine it'll be a good bit busier this time though.
Woodland e/wCabrera-Bello e/wPieters e/wFowler to win
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.
Any US Open thoughts?Looks and sounds quite a brutal course I think? Does that suit the steadier player, and presumably those who are rock solid around the green? Rose’s odds are too low for me to have a nibble I think.
spieth at 18spaddy power among others paying out 10 places
