I want to join in with a work US Masters bet, I need to pick 5 players. I don't know anything about golf but being the degenerate gambler that I unfourtantely am...that shouldn't prevent me from getting involved!

Would Fowler, Speith, Bubba, Grace be a good 4 based on the above posts? If so, who should be my 5th?! Tiger woods? ;)

Tiger wont be a great pick mate... he's out injured atm :)

Can you pick any players ?Dustin Johnson if so... he has won his last 3 Tournament and world number 1

The other 4 are good picks and all have a good chance

Do their odds matter? If not, i'd be picking:

Johnson
McIlroy
Spieth
Rose
Fowler

No they don't - I should have mentioned that...not looking for value!

Fowler will be consistent. probably a top 5, ill be backing him each way

Spieth and Bubba have been there. experience can be everything

Grace i was given as a tip

Matsuyama was another tip i got, im inclined to think Rory will be up there too.

All you'll get in here is people posting lists of bets with no reasoning why.

Also had a bit on Langer FRL EW @ 200/1

Langer top senior @ 7/2
Kjeldsen top Scandie @ 3/1 (It's a 3 horse race with Stenson and Noren)

That's me done until the cut.

@skybet then I use the hashtag #requestabet

That's why i am doing him to miss cut.  He's obviously not right and if he does start i can see him withdrawing.

If he doesn't even start that leg of the bet would be void

Rock solid Soren.

This bet looks in at the cut barring a Kjeldson meltdown.

Noren and Stenson likely to miss cut :)

Can someone explain the whole betway bonus thing to me please?

I put £50 and got that matched in a bonus. Did some bets on the masters, one of which, second on my list was Garcia at 40/1. Obviously I got a nice return and cant withdraw until I meet the wagering amount but I don't understand how much I have to wager in order to get my winnings out. Somewhere I read 30x deposit (1500) but when I sign in now it says play through amount is 2500??

Any help in the simplest terms please!

I would go on betway live chat

act daft say you didn't want the matched bonus and feel let down.

They might remove it and allow you to withdraw.

Mate. I had exactly the same issue with Betway the other day and i asked in the Footy bets thread.  I am by no means new to gambling but this was a new one on me.

I deposited 50, and stuck it on Adruiz to score 2 goals at 6/1.  Bet come in and with he £50 bonus my balance was £400 .  I didn't even want the fucking 50 quid bonus but I still had to bet another £450 before I could withdraw.

You have to wager 10 x your initial deposit!!

I stuck the full 400 quid on a bet at 1.75 and laid it off on Bet365.  Then did some footy and golf bets to make up the rest.  Once I had made the required wagers it let me withdraw my balance without issue

In fairness, Betway live chat is quite good and I like their site too. Will be using them in the future.

Thanks for that, never laid bets off (not really sure what that means / how it works if I'm honest) going to keep an eye out and do some bets, usually only do a couple of quid up to a tenner max but might throw some larger stakes on things as at the moment I don't have anything to lose really

Back a team to win on Betway

Then with another bookmaker back the other team or draw

This way you cant lose but will fulfil your wager requirements

Had Sergio the other day, taken a look back at my records and was surprised to see how much I've profited from just betting on the majors over the years. Decided to have a very small flutter using the same process I go through for the majors for this weeks PGA event. Came back with three at big prices:

Webb Simpson 80/1
Chez Reavie 200/1
Roberto Castro 400/1

Will probably do absolutely nothing like just intrigued to see how I do more than anything!
