Continues to be awful - there’s definitely an element of fatigue but just before half time when he had two east options to play through on goal and he preceded to smack the ball at Bobby - you can’t blame that on fatigue.

Sleep walks games massively. Too many times in this season and others where by there's big chunks of time in games that you don't see him interact with the play at all.

His lack of forward thinking passing annoys me at times which was exemplified in the first half when he had the chance to slide Mane in but for some strange season decided to keep hold of the ball.

I've praised his strength, ability to shield and protect the ball in the past but huge parts of his game frustrate me hugely.

Wijnaldum is one of the biggest thing that is wrong with the club. We should have sold him at the end of last season and get a good young player like Bissouma.

After not selling him, he should have been phased out slowly and given a bit part role. He is given a chance to play every single week, even when he is so poor. Even in key matches like the UCL quarters.

I love Klopp but this Gini fascination is really awful.

A brilliant player in a malfunctioning team. The lad is exhausted. He's permanently fit and ready to play and Jurgen picks him for virtually every game. (I wonder why?) It seems from the comments that he's lost the loyalty of many supporters now. Some of them are  even happy to admit they never did understand what he brought to our most successful side in two generations - hence the sarcastic asides about 'being the glue in the team' etc.
