Do members from outside the UK get a message? Never received any. I assume its just the seat number, etc.?

Also, first time buying tickets on my members card. Got confirmation email with seat numbers. Do I need to do anything else?

Not sure whether they send texts outside UK but how is your mobile number entered on your account did you include country code and lose the zero at the start?
Won’t be a problem anyway as you get same details in the email, and as above make sure you have your members card for entry

only reason i worry is had the email today saying about anfield this season and making sure you have the right card or ticket for 2019/20 - not changed have they??

My mate moved to Dublin from Belfast last year. He hasn't had a text since updating his number. He's resorted to putting another mates number in to forward the text on.

I think he did contact them and they told him it should work though. But it definitely doesn't.

Dont worry even if you dont received text or email, you can just go to the ground with your membership card. Try to find the Fan Support (steward with flag on their back holding a scanning device) around the stadium and ask them to scan your card. They will print out a small receipt with your seats details on.

Was just wondering why I hadn’t received a text... checked my account it was my mums house phone in the mobile number section... she’s got a funny voice message it reads the customer numbers as an actual number... ‘10 million...’ I’ve updated it to my mobile now. 😂

Somehow managed to get two tickets earlier this afternoon for me and a mate. Refreshed between half 3 and 4 which seemed to be a good time as quite a few popped up but even selecting the red dots within say four seconds of the block going red they were gone. Either others are absolutely lightning fast or bots are in action. It never used to be this difficult.
