Looks like a fantastic signing. He was awesome the other night against Adama Traore defensively, and was amazing going forward. If he can keep that level always, then he will give Robbo good competition.
Hats off to Bill on his throne,
He set the club's standards in stone.

Best cross success rate for a left-back in Europe this season, albeit maginally ahead of Robertson :)

Tsimikas is a former Willem II defender.

Last two former Willem II defenders we signed: Sami Hyypia and Virgil van Dijk

So Tsimikas is better than Digne?

So if Everton weren't Everton they could have bought Kostas for £11m, flogged Digne to City who love a full back for £60m and bought Richarlison's replacement who they could then sell Richie to Barcelona to replace Suarez?

They haven't started this Transfer Window campaign very well, have they?

Welcome to the Champions Kostas. Good to get this sorted so quickly so he will be able to join us for pre-season which gives him the best chance to settle and get himself ready to slot in when we need him.

Cant say I have seen much of him but I trust our recruitment and its headline grabbing fees so all good. He also comes from a winning mentality side with high pressure to win every game which will be needed in our squad!

Hope he stays away from Twitter

This feels important, because we saw how blunted we can become if we lose both a fullback and an attacker at the same time. (Unless Gini is particularly angry).

Fair play to him for coming to compete for his place against the best left back in the world. Klopp highlights that he is a competitor and so he knows that he will be here to improve his game and will want to get to world class level, to learn from robbo who’s the best in the business And belives he can make it here. Go for it lad and welcome.

Fair play to him for coming to compete for his place against the best left back in the world.

If he turns out to be as good as he looks on paper/YouTube, it's astonishing that he's come to us to compete with Robbo, rather than go elsewhere and be guaranteed first choice. Not that I'm complaining, mind - that's how much of a draw we are these days and it's fucking wonderful. Welcome aboard, Kostas!

Also astonishing that there weren't more big clubs in for him - especially when you see the state of the left-backs at some of our rivals. Without mentioning any names, you'd think certain clubs would have been better off looking at Tsimikas than spunking £100m on players for other areas of the pitch where they're already well stocked. Mental.

Yup, he could be the second best left back in the world and not get the nod most weeks. It’s a massive challenge for him. He will get games though which I’m sure he is looking forward to and he will help us out a lot in his own right.

Not many other players have scored more against Liverpool in the Premier League era than Jamie Carragher. His finishing skills are much underrated.

That said, didn't Skrtel once score something like 7 against the opposition and 3 against us in the same season? IIRC in one game he gave us the lead and then equalised for the opposition.
