Exactly. They weren't all over us. They didn't have to do much to create anything. We created everything for them. What chance have we got when we've players who will 100% let you down on any given occasion. It can't be defended any more. It shouldn't be tolerated, and Klopp has to take responsibility for placing his trust in them. He can get angry all he wants. He hasn't pulled the trigger when it needed to be done.

It takes a lot to piss me off with the Reds, I could write the City game off as one of those days, we were as good as them for half an hour. Today was just really bad though. Gifted goals, Spurs are a god side but they didn’t have to work too hard for that. If a better team beats you because they’ve produced some magic then fair enough but we dug our own grave there.

I actually have some sympathy for Lovren today if he shouldn’t have been starting. I know he’s not good enough for us but it can’t help being sent out against a good side when well off the pace.

Hard to discuss things rationally here at the best of times, let alone after a defeat like that. I’m torn between wanting to hammer players for bad individual mistakes and also being frustrated with Klopp today. Bad day all round, no midweek game to get back in the saddle. Eurgh.

I admire his character on and off the pitch because that's proper captain material. On the pitch I don't think he reads the game that well. I suspect the fact that we have bad defenders may affect his overall positioning and read of the game.
