Played well, frustrating day in front of goal again though, great save from De Gea, but there were a couple of other chances we should have put away, such as Can's.

What was good to see was that we looked good defensively, no real big mistakes and more the point no real air of nervousness.

Great cameo from Ox, would like to see him start from the left next match, and drop phil back into midfield.

Not a great result, but an acceptable one given the disparate form of the two teams coming into the game. Now we just need to ensure that we keep that sort of performance going while trying to sort out seeming goal scoring woes.

Missed Sadio big time. We always seem to only have one fast player on the pitch.

Oxlade-Chamberlain look good when he came on, hopefully a sign of things to come.

Our attacking transitions are far too laboured at times. We didn't put enough pressure on them when we had the chance. Can could barely string a five yard pass together several times today as well. It is so obvious we need a dictator in midfield. We lack one massively in games where sides camp in their own half for 90% of it.

I'll take that as very positive, they were shit scared, didn't even dare put together an attacking move in fear of our counter, and these are one of the favourites foe the title?. finishing was the reason we only got a draw. We can take confidence from that though.

Lenient refereeing has been our Achilles for a long time now. Tactical fouls not being punished by yellows can kill our game. Naturally ratboy will condone those. Putting him in the commentary box is a nice touch by Sky. Those 3-4 yellows could have changed the game, just like the penalty not given on Herrera.

Coutinho only came back from Brazil not long ago and played a decent amount.

I'm well aware, Wijnaldum stunk it out second half after a beastly first. A knackered Phil over any version of Gini.

Given the form of the two teams you'd say it was a point gained. Based on how the game played out though it's definitely 2 dropped.

Park the bus Utd. These are shit and Mourinho is a coward. Shame Salah can't finish consistently because if this shower had to come out to play, they would have been spanked.

We had almost all of the ball and created next to nothing. We are so easy to nullify, can't blame teams for playing the way they do against us, as we just do the same things time and time again. We aren't good enough to find a way through. No idea how Wijnaldum never got hooked off? Both Salah and Coutinho should stay on over him, he barely offers anything. Very frustrating.

AOC looked great. That's about the only positive thing I can think to say about this match.

Klopp is seriously reminding me of Rodgers at this point. He's looking so single speed. Can't make any adjustments at all.

I'm not talking about the players coming on being poor.  I'm talking about leaving on some utterly ineffectual players and taking off two potential game changers instead.

The drive had drifted away at least 10 minutes earlier, but heaven forbid we show some ambition.

More or less settled for the draw.
Which is not a bad result against these - they've been finishing strongly this season yet we had them shitting themselves

The only reason they're one of the favourites is that they've managed to win a few games against smaller sides.

We were much better today. Defended as good as I've seen in recent months.

Plenty of good chances and a shout for a peno Should have won that game, no doubt.

Ironically, now it seems that out finishing is letting us down. We seem to have lost our mojo a bit in the final 1/3rd.

Overall, a positive performance and something to build on. We need to go on a win a few now. Get the confidence back.

Im out of here before the usual moaning fucks come along to spout their shit. One side played football whilst the other killed the game at every chance. Better finishing and we would have got the win. Lukaku Rashford miki had fuck all in this game and they've been scoring for fun. Performance wise we were so good just the way it's falling for us at the moment that we couldnt get the win.

Maureen the football dinosaur go what he wanted.

We are missing that composure and cutting edge in the final third of the pitch.

I thought the Ox did well when he came on,maybe play him wide in Mane's absence isn't such  a bad thing and his corners are good.

Gomez well deserved MoTM.

We played well and there was only one team who were going to win.

All Utd did was disrupt and foul and foul and foul........they're a pathetic team really and will be shown up this season.

We deserved to win but we didn't get the break that we deserved. We should have had a penalty.......soft, but it was a penalty.

Doesn't help that one of those teams always parks the bus despite having one of the most expensive squads in the world.
