Just didn't fit in with their style of play anymore surely, I mean the season before he's dropped he finishes top goalscorer in the league... Fail to see another reason as to why he was dropped. He is too good for Fulham.
I'd agree. Slur seemed to turn on him for some reason. Perhaps the old workrate argument. Ferguson likes his strikers to work. Welbeck gets plenty of game time and he's not half the player Berba was or is. I'd argue Rooney isn't much better if at all than Berbatov, and Hernandez isn't trusted to put in consistent 90's, granted that's not his forte.

Would much rather have Sturridge.
But can 'ol Sturridge sketch?

Whenever I meet a French girl I kiss her on both cheeks. Then I stand up and say hello

Manchester United could win fifty titles, but they will always be the Rolling Stones of football. Good, just not quite that band from Liverpool.

You should literally be skinned for such a fucking daft answer :o

48 goals in 108 games for the Mancs according to Wiki, much better than I'd have thought.

Extremely talented player, who was not utilised as effectively as he might have been at OT. Still got a great scoring record.

Would love to sign him up in the summer. He'll definitely go to a much bigger club though as every second tier club in europe and some top tier clubs will want him.

Imagine Ibra and Berbatov up front for PSG!
