Fill the bowl to the brim. Pour cold milk slowly and evenly just until the rice Krispies start rising. Add a spoon full of sugar and stir slowly. Heaven.

That'd be my choice too but it always seemed quite hard to find in england, and since I moved to portugal I've never once seen it
