Mcmanaman is a cock

Played for City for about half a season and you’d swear he came through their academy and made his name there every time he commentates on their games.

Must be nice to be able to spend £100m on a player to do nothing all season and it not matter/no one notice.

Been such a nothing signing which is stunning for that staggering fee. He's rarely even mentioned
I mean both these clubs spend millions on players that are average for them but it rarely gets mentioned. Grealish, Ake, Werner, etc. All haven't shone for their teams and yet that spending is fine.

To be fair Werner has been mentioned a tonne, Ake definitely isn't though

Surprised this is being played at the Emptyheads, thought a game of this high a profile would have been sold to be played in Qatar or somewhere - or are they still trying to clear the dead or maimed workers from the area?

It's ok, if they don't work out, they can discard them without worrying and buy someone else. That's the definition of being well run apparently.

why do apposing fans always sing about the atmosphere being rubbish all the time? It is none of their business what the home fans do or don't do. The Arsenal fans midweek were the same.

Cockneys are always the worst for it but all fans do it for some reason.

If I go an away game I couldn't care less how quiet the home fans are. It's almost as if they've paid their money for the home fans to entertain them.

Rob Harris on this podcast actually talking City's finances and also about Saudi Arabia as well. If you are interested. https://t.co/22YqgtHE1L  But if you go on Delaney's twitter account there are a number of articles on Abu Dhabi, the City fans detest him.

And nothing proved that more than that last minute “attack” from Chelsea where they kept getting to the 18 yard box and turning around and kicking it back to their centre backs. Cowards is right.

I think it's more on the players than Tuchel though. He seems as frustrated as anyone watching his players look up and then decide to play the ball back/pass the buck to a team mate.

They're a bit off the main track though. Delaney writes for The Independent which isn't even print anymore and behind a paywall.

They've got the likes of Martin Samuel firmly in their pocket and other lackies like Henry Winter and the main England beat who are broadly supportive or wouldn't go against them.

Rob Harris is a big United fan IIRC (and someone the City fans hate because he's a rare one who speaks out).
