Should have guessed it would be Norwich, third season in a row we're starting against the Championship winners.

I know the Christmas/new year period fixtures always change due to TV, but back to back away games shouldn't be allowed during that period

Usually we have a hellish 5/6 games next to each other. Only had a little scan through that and can’t really see anything like that this time round. Run in looks much tougher than the one we previously had.

Chelsea potentially have a pretty tough start:

Palace (H)
Arsenal (A)
Liverpool (A)
Villa (H)
Spurs (A)
City (H)

January
15 – Brentford (H)
22 – Crystal Palace (A)

February
9 – Leicester City (H)
12 – Burnley (A)

Not sure exactly the dates of the AFCON, but I'd take these games if we're missing Mo/Sadio.

January is kind to us, I assume Mo & Sadio will be available for the Chelsea game on Jan 1st.

Fixtures on 26th and 28th December is a disgrace regardless of how actually has to play on those days.
Some clubs were always destined for greatness...

Salah & Mane wont miss that many PL games going away to the ANC.

We will need a good squad for the end of year/new year fixture list.
Hopefully not many injuries around that period

Yeah only real tough run is the xmas/new year period... that said, a lot of games might end up getting moved so we'll see.

At home last game of season which is always nice too.

Very nice spread of games.

Man city also have Spurs, Arsenal, Leicester, Chelsea and Liverpool in their first 7 games.

December and April look the worst months.

Is there that weird break again in Feb where they split the fixtures over 2 weeks?

Nice to finish at home as well.

Not too bad really except the Christmas and New year period. And April. The games Mane and Salah could miss in Jan and Feb due to the AFCON are okay on paper. without any forward signings at the moment, but surely will be sorted this summer, a front three of Jota, Bobby and Elliott.

So there's an international break scheduled as well while the AFCON is on? That at least eases the loss of Mo and Mane a bit, plus we always struggle most around that time of year.

When's that? Is it not just FA Cup weekends?

Bit of a mixed bag I’ve just seen the fixtures until 31st October.

Some very winnable games but also a few toughies

It's a nice start if we learn how to make easy games easy again!
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Splendid set of fixtures

United at home on my 40th birthday weekend, although that's possibly an FA Cup weekend too

I always thought you were about 60 mate, no offence like  :)
Decent fixtures, you want to avoid a 4 or 5 game period of playing the top teams and looks like we have. Haven't looked at the rest of the teams though see if anyone else has that.

First time in 4 years that we've started away from home since that 3-3 at Vicarage road. A fairly spread out set of fixtures in terms of the tricky games but I thought that last season- I mean it turns out it doesn't matter when you play teams if you're playing shite! AFCON goes from the 9th of Jan to the 6th of Feb and looking at the fixtures, they could have been tougher for that period. Only 2 games in that period against Brentford and Palace plus presumably a couple of FA cup games as well. If one of our players go deep in the tournament then the Leicester game on the 9th could be affected as well though which would be a blow. Already looking at that City game in April as a potentially huge game as well.
if I came home to allison in bed with my wife I'd ask him to phone Virgil to see if he wanted to pop round too.
