What about Rooney being absolutely motionless and anonymous instead of the usual 'look how hard he works, look at the effort, oh just look at how great he is'

According to Red Cafe Rooney was the best player on the pitch.

They both went in high, that's factually correct, both tried to play the ball at height.  Doku with his foot, Mac Allister with his chest.

Anyone notice the stony silence from the commentator when Young's dive was being replayed?

Which one? It was like an Olympic Winter Diving Spectacular from Manchester United. Young, Evra and Nani were throwing themselves to the floor in our game as well. The media know they dive, they just won't admit it.

Let's face it - if they weren't going to pull Nistelrooy, Beckham, Scholes, Rooney and Ronaldo up on diving all those years, they aren't going to start now are they?

Did I hear correctly when Colin Murray said Manchester United had given the opposition 95 scoring opportunities in their 5 premier league home games this season? That cant be right, surely.
Oh you English are SO superior aren't you? Well, would you like to know where you'd be without US the good old U.S. of A. to protect you? I'll tell you. BUMPAGE!
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

Thank fuck, no Lawrenson tonight. Alan Shearer might be a plebosaurus, but at least he isn't that fuckwit.

Arsenals defesne is still utterly shambolic. Chelsea should have been 3 up already.

Mind you Chelseas isn't much tighter.

Having no Lawro is great, but the sooner the BBC get Lee Dixon on to the main show the better, for me. He's the only one who even bothers to analyse things precisely and seems to know his stuff. He's also very fair and the most unbiased out of all of them.
