I read this at first that he lives on Lodge Lane in Liverpool. I soon realised the quote mentioned Dutton, two very different places.

Same here, and I even got so mixed up I thought it was Francis Jeffers who lived on Lodge Lane.  :rollseyes

I was thinking how it was a comedown for him after living in Burbo Mansions in Blundellsands.

Had a wedding at the Corinthia Hotel last week. Walked in and would've walked straight past Carragher (in his mask) if my cousin didn't point him out. He let us take a (really bad) photo with him. He must've been staying for the CL final.

To the best of my knowledge only Sadio lives in South Liverpool now. I miss those days, seeing loads of players or their wives in Tesco or Calderstones Park.

Now they're all proper wools aren't they - they live in Formby or on the Wirral :)

I bumped into a very bored and hen pecked looking Masch while he was out pram shopping with his missus in Boots in the Trafford Centre, was Sept 2008, the Thursday before we played the Mancs. Shook his hand and wished him luck for the Saturday, said please don't get sent off this time and he said he'd try ;D

I always remember it as we flew to Portugal and landed while the game was on - we were 1-0 down by the time we were on the way to the hotel, then heard we'd equalised, at the hotel my missus ran into the bar to check the score as we heard a big roar, face like thunder as she found out it was 2-1 ;D

To the best of my knowledge only Sadio lives in South Liverpool now. I miss those days, seeing loads of players or their wives in Tesco or Calderstones Park.

I've been in Kennys back garden at his house in Birkdale and spoken to his Mum when she answered the door. It was when I was driving for work and delivered an bench saw to the blokes redoing his extension. I only knocked at the door hoping Kenny would answer. Did see him a few times driving his car when he was Blackburn manager.

Ings lived behind me for a year or so and I didn't even know it was him, in his Burnley days.

Thiago getting a house renovated in Formby.

Alisson was in birkdale he may be formby now

Bobby was defo Formby as his little girl was in my son's nursery. Think he still here. Would make sense as Fabinho lives next door to Mane. All the Brazilian boys together

Thought Bobby had moved, his daughters go to The Ryleys now.

Thiago's son is at the same school as Mo's daughter I think but maybe that's temporary. His wife is definitely around Northwich/Tatton area a lot.

It's out there in plain sight on the players' and their families' social media in many cases, it's not like people are stalking outside the school gates (though I can only speak for myself there but I'll assume that's the case ;))

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.
