Konta into the quarters. Good effort.

Its very encouraging to see her getting back towards the levels she reached a couple of years ago. She's had a great clay court season with finals in Morocco and Rome and she's carried it on into Roland Garros.

Tough opponent for her next in either Stephens or Murguruza but she did beat Stephens en-route to the final in Rome. If she can get through that then she is favourite to win the semi final against either Martic or Vondrousova.

I can already tell I’m going to dislike Tsitsipas. The way he walks round the court is irritating.

smashed it, lost just one point on her serve in the 2nd set and that was a double fault! Outstanding display in fairness
However if something serious happens to them I will eat my own cock.

Federer vs Nadal in the semis.

The mens tournament this year has been one of the best I can remember.  The level of tennis is the matches has been superb!  No way the women should get equal prize money.

There's been some great mens matches this year, and the semis and final should carry on that pattern.

Djokovic vs Nadal in the final will be great.

Reckon Halep will defend her title this year.

Her and Konta have played the best tennis in the womens draw so far.

She was runner up in two tournaments before the French Open.

She's one of the form clay court players this year.

Wawrinka had his chances but Fedex was more decisive in critical moments.
Thiem vs Khachanov should be a great one. I think Djoker cruises past Zverev.

Very underwhelming games today. Wanted Zverev to get the 1st set when he was serving for it, we all knew he would mentally collapse after losing 1st. Thiem was just too big for Khachanov.

No idea why when Konta has 3/4's of the court to aim for, she hits it right at her opponent. Her shot selection is very confusing at times.

And that might be the worst 4 games in a row I have ever seen someone play in a Grand Slam Semi Final.  Just utterly terrible all round - poor shot selection, poor execution, and then on set point against her, letting it go and watching it bounce in.  Stupid.

How much space does a person need to be offered on the court before they decide to hit the ball in that direction? Stop being a smart arse and take what is being offered.

At this rate the final is going to be contested by 2 unseeded players.

What was Konta doing there at the net.  just hilariously bad shot to just gently play it back to her opponent, allowing here a nice easy shot to win the point
