Sugar puffs, weetabix or coco pops, depending on what kind of morning im having.

Although a special mention must go to sugar puffs coz me mate ate sugar puffs and nothing else for two weeks and lost just over 2 stone. "the sugar puff diet,it works,it really works". he did however say his piss smelt of sugar puffs, as did his farts, his belches and his sweat.

Crunchy Nut or Frosties.  Cant stand chocolate cereals.

There is a new fad going round to put the cereal in the freezer over night. Anyone tried doing this?
As I've said before, the Full English is just the base upon which the Scots/Welsh/NI have improved upon. Sorry but the Full English is the worst of the British breakfasts.

50g Scottish porridge oats, 200ml semi skimmed milk, 15g chia seeds, 15g vitafibre, bit of truvia, pinch of salt. Let it soak over night then cook on the hob in a few minutes in the morning.

Perfect.

Yes, I know not technically a cereal.

Oats go silky smooth if you soak them over night, nothing to pick out of my luscious chin locks.

Apologies for the slur.
