Missed out again. Frustrated that the site crashed just before 9AM. Gutted as there's no festival scheduled for 2018.

How'd you manage to get them?

Luckily a friend got through and bought them, haven't seen the ticket purchasing page myself since 2013.

There's always the resales in April, hopefully you'll get sorted for a ticket then.

First time I'd ever tried and we managed to get 3 tickets. Crashed a couple of times whilst entering details but got there eventually with one PC and an iPad. Only realised how lucky I was after looking on social media today....appears to have been carnage.

Usual shite with the site crashing and impossible to get sorted.

For those who haven't managed to get tickets, there's always the volunteer work option. Oxfam, Wateraid etc. Check out the website.

Haven't been for ten years, always said I'd go again only if Radiohead played so looks like I'm coming out of glasto retirement. Last time I saw them there was without doubt the greatest gig I've ever been to. Possibly one of the best things I've ever been involved with. The acid helped a bit mind.

Just got my email to check on my availability this year, so I'm in again  8)

It was earlier than usual, so I suggest anyone looking to do voluntary shifts needs to get a move on. Check the official website for links to NGO's taking on volunteer workers.

Looks like Glastonbury retirement is back on. In fact retirement from all festivals/mushrooms for a while. My first baby is due on the Sunday. I'll forgive it. Eventually.

Congrats mate! Don't worry, you'll be back at festivals in no time, our lad is not 4 yet and he's done 2 Green Mans, his little sister will be going to her first one at 11 months.

I've not managed to have any mushrooms for a while though ;D

Yeah I must admit Glasto seems daunting to me these days, been going to Green Man and EOTR for the last few years and Im used to the size and general melowness of the people now - can see taking kids there would be great.

Hoping to get some in the resale this year. Think I've managed to snag a resale ticket a few years ago so hoping I'll get lucky again.

Love Glasto. It's spoiled other festivals for me.

Decent. Following up from Dave breaking his leg a few years ago. Pretty sure they'll close out with Everlong.

Decent line up with plenty more to be added I am sure. I am hoping Biffy Clyro play on Sunday night to give me an alternative to the dull ginger one...

:D Knew you'd bring your rice cake line back! As purely armchair viewer I'd definitely watch Radiohead and dip in and out of Foo Fighters. They'll do a greatest hits surely which will be a decent enough show. Don't like how they break Everyone down into a big long acoustic number though. Will only watch Sheeran to sing along to that song about how us Sexy English bastards come over to Ireland to steal your women.

There's enough good acts on th bill there depending in when they're all playing.  The National and Flaming Lips both good festival bands I'd have thought.

They tend to release stage by stage lineups closer to the time, starting with the smaller stages.

There will be some big artists left to announce, Tame Imapala who played before Adele of the pyramid last year were not on the original poster, for example.

Shite headliners imo....though searching through the listings there's probably enough there to make it an enjoyable weekend of BBC couch-camping ...Kristofferson, Sleaford Mods and Phoenix being the three not to miss for me

Pretty happy with the line-up, especially as The National weren't even rumoured as far as I know. Plenty there for me; think Biffy C will sub the ginger Furbie with the guitar though.

Just seen Julia Jacklin and Blossoms have been now been added; saw JJ last year and her albums pretty good.
