No queue for ticket collection this morning (11.15). Very quick and easy.

Given the amount of people they've brought out for this and the speed at which most are getting their tickets fully expect next Euro away to be 100% collection

We were literally 5 minutes last night at 9pm

Still see little point in it till the person collecting is the one getting the credit

Wonder what will happen with cancelled flights etc

Ticket collection was really good yesterday, been critical of the ticket office regarding Benfica & Inter but no problem in Amsterdam.

Getting pissed in Amsterdam and totally forgetting you have to do the NFC pass wasn't ideal... had no ID, but thankfully managed to get off with using bank card

Great trip

Me and my lad had to do the NFC pass, dead quick and easy, showed our passports and made sure the light went green.
Don’t know how It would go if everyone had to do it though.

Epic trip.

Collection was very easy so credit where it is due for a change. Depending on who we get in the next round, safety etc, I'm fully expecting 100% collections from now onwards.

i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

100% collection only starts becoming beneficial when they stop letting the purchaser allocate someone else to pick the ticket up and retain the credit.

yes, person who collect gets credit. unless touts want to travel with the person they are selling the ticket to then surely this puts a big dent in that market.

Yep said it above mate, utterly pointless without the collector getting the credit. It would hurt some that's for sure. But not sure the hassle of collection, no matter how smooth and quick, when anybody can collect if named

Some of the people that had tickets on Wednesday, never been a euro away in their lives. Half and half scarves galore

A full family of 5 from New York a family of 4 from Canada just some of the examples of the people we were near, you'd have to question if they'd had 3 euro away credits wouldn't you?

Counter that with an NFC in the ground and it will kill there market.

Those families might well have had corporate tickets.

Corporate, sponsors, players. Could be anything. It’s the same with any top club.

collection was in and out in 5 minutes and very easy as lead supporter as requested collection with lfc for the group. they could not guarantee the delivery in time.

talked to the staff and they said they are planning for 100% collection in the future if and when possible and would like to go 100% digital as well if the tech can be put in place.

its coming... YNWA

by 100% digital i assume that means they'll want to scan peoples' NFCs instead of collections?

Met a guy from Israel outside the ground, also first euro away but had got the ticket from the local LFC supporters club in Israel. I expect that is where some people get them from.
