How many points is giving for a knock down? is it just one point, or...?

10-8 to the fighter with the KD

The knock downs didn't matter. They'd have still scored that a draw. Corrupt c*nts.

It's a 10-8 round. So not enough to bring it down to a draw.

I think Wilder's ugly style and Fury's traditional style clouds things a bit for the purests.

I had it way closer than Wilder only winning two rounds anyway.

Fair play to Fury, hes more than just a showman, should have won this fight, and cant believe he got up from that knock down.

I think Joshua would knock em both out.

Schooled him yet nearly died twice.

Wilder got lucky. He spent the whole night swinging and missing. If you throw enough shit some of it will stick and that's what happened. Fury controlled the fight from start to finish apart from two moments.

Rematch in the UK. Fury won it on points though, the realnwinner in my eyes to get back up from that knockdown and then was the better boxer throughout.

Wow.

I fucking hate fury but he won that fight

I'm the same, he's a tit but he won nearly every round there, no way even the 2 x 10-8 rounds would account for mexican's verdict.

It's one of the reasons i gave up watching most fights years ago. So many rigged fights in recent years.

Even all the yanks are saying it was Fury's fight.  How anyone can say it was a fair result, or thinks Wilder won it obviously don't know much about boxing.  I'm not a Fury fan, but that result is rigged as f*ck!

Not sure if that left hook hurt him as much as it looked like it did. Probably because Wilder doesn't throw them, but most that are good at that, they put you to sleep.

Fury shaded that for me but it was very close. I think the general consensus is that Fury should have been given the win. Looking forward to a rematch. I'm not sure if Joshua is better anymore. I thought they both showed that they are much better than people gave them credit for.

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

What the hell was that Mexican judge smoking, what a ridiculous decision. But I guess this is the same situation as Canelo v GGG, they know there's big money in a rematch.

AJ pulverises both these, that's for sure.

How? Genuine question? Wilder won 2 rounds 10-8 and maybe another 10-9

That’s a clear 116-111 to me

Despite the bad decision as Fury won IMO, that is why we watch boxing despite the bad judging.

I do think knockdowns are more decisive than an overall performance, on that basis Wilder compensated the fight with Fury beeing about 8:4 winner on my card.

Definitely not so scandalous result as the Lewis vs Holyfield draw in their first fight where Lennox was superb.

I'm not sure. I think AJ is stylistically similar to Wilder and Wilder might get more than two real hits in. Either way, I think it is close.

Think the same. If Fury had a bit more power or put a bit more in to his punches he could've had Wilder out of there, Wilder gassed badly.

It’s either 3 neutrals, not always easy for sanctioned title fights or one from each fighters country and one neutral

Calm down ladies the punching stats are pretty close and one fighter got two knock downs, one very brutal one. Draw about right, you also forget that the challenger should be doing a lot more than Fury did in first place.

There was only one winner of that fight.

round   fury   wilder
1   9   10
2   10   10
3   10   9
4   9   10
5   10   9
6   10   9
7   10   9
8   10   10
9   8   10
10   10   9
11   10   10
12   8   10
   114   115

My card for what its worth. I can see why a draw was called. That Mexican judge must have had that good yayo for it to be that wide to Wilder.
