Zaza and Paulinho looking like useful players in Spain...

Paulinho adding everything the Barce midfield has been lacking in. He will be huge in the games vs the Madrid clubs.

The results are great but the performances are not as good. At times, Barca look shaky.

Real Madrid struggling at home one again, almost 70 mins in and still 0-0.

Damn, if the result remains, Barca will already have 6 pts lead to them in 5 matches only. I doubt anyone saw this coming after their cup matches.

Selling Morata and not replacing him was somewhat strange. He was a good back up.

Real Madrid totally lost their shape towards the end of the game. Betis messed up a number of counter attacks but they finally make Real pay.

Could see that Betis goal coming for 10 minutes. Madrid didn't want to know about defending. Betis could've scored 2 or 3 in the last 10 minutes.

Exactly, not saying it would be the right thing to do. It will probably be the stupidest thing they did but i won't be surprised if he gets sacked. Zidane won't be short of offers.

They are playing at Alaves next,a team that lost all of their matches and still haven't scored a single goal in 5 matches. Now imagine the meltdown if Real Madrid loses points there.

If this was Barca from 3 seasons ago, I would say that the league is already over considering they are ahead by 7 points. However, Barca are massively reliant on Messi right now, Suarez is a shadow of himself and Dembele is out for four months. I'm not convinced that Barca won't drop 7 points before they play Real.

Having said that, this is a pooor poor start by Madrid, still hungover from the double which is understandable.

You think Suarez benefited a lot more than people realise from Neymar/Messi or he's just having a dip in form? Can't doubt his class but he isn't looking the same at the minute, frustrated almost

Zidane is criticized for rotating too much, not buying replacement for Morata and Pepe. I doubt that was hic decision to not buy, also i thought he rotates due to injuries?
