I’ve not entered out of the principal of it, regardless of how close we are to the Liverpool City region boundary and being in the same tier 2, but surely if people are successful outside of the boundary the ticket will become invalid once the relevant checks have been made?

It’s a pretty serious situation and if they’re going to come up with restrictions on who can or can’t apply for tickets, then you’d think they’d be doing their utmost to get the process right.

I agree mate. I'm outside LCR too, so obviously haven't applied......so don't understand how others in other Covid Tiers are getting emails. Surely they have everyone's details if they're a seasie or member on 19, so should know where they are ?

Hopefully they open it up to people in other tier 2 regions with 19 games from 18/19 rather than reducing the qualification criteria in Liverpool.

I'm based 40 mins away, so same tier as Liverpool and went to 19 in 18/19.

Plenty didn’t enter with the idea of waiting for spurs , Xmas games or possibly even as far as united in six weeks time

They could find the odds are even worse than today if that many decided to wait, I think I'd have just been glad to get to any of them and been too worried the tiers might change again!

Yeah, I though that as odd... maybe they don’t want everyone by Klopp etc? And want them put in the Kop? Must be a big enough reason to go through the trouble of taking the flags downs etc. Not that I’d be complaining.

Lower Kenny might have been a better option then, crowd on TV and flags on Kop would be best visual, although the Kop is very spaced out on the ground-floor so maybe makes more sense

I do for the Kop, when it was Main Stand and they were clearly trying to strike a balance with the usual ticket prices and the discounts STs get over members it didn't seem so bad.
