Aaaarrrrggh, stupid competitive instinct. Any chance I can slide in at the bottom if there's anyone else who wants to come in as an 18th?

Once you've had a taste of drafting, there's no way out mate.

I'm pretty sure it will be fine. KL offered to let someone else join earlier in the day and we're still in the first round.

Went for Tom Hanks as PM.

Why?

Because I think a PM now days is all about image, PR & public perception.

The party set the political beliefs.

The PM has experts & advisers in all the areas needed.

The PM now day has to be incredibly likable.  They have to be great a speeches.  Hanks could sell the policies to the public, because they trust him.  I saw he won a poll in the past for America's most trusted person.

So my pick is basically mocking what the current PM requires.  They need to sell, they don't necessarily need to be capable themselves.

He needs to do the smiles to the camera, not say the wrong things, schmooze, ACT they way needed and win votes.

Hanks would win an election I genuinely believe because he's likeable, popular, persuasive & all these things all with good PR are probably more important now days than intelligence and individual capability.

Probably a bad pick but that's my (bad) reasoning.  ;D

How controversial are we allowed to be....?
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Looking to appoint Vlad the Impaler as Minister of Lawn Decorations I see.

I see nowt wrong with some controversial picks.
I watched a YouTube video and decided that Paul Konchesky looked like a player.
