It doesn't work for me either. No extensions, my device default is dark.

I haven’t enabled it for everyone, so unless it’s been manually added to your acc you won’t get it.

If people want to add scripts to their browser, let them do it themselves, I don't need the bollocks of people telling me something is broken.
