To a man they'll give a version of what Danny Murhpy just said "he'll make them hard to beat" or "he'll get them organised". Tell that to Sociedad and Sunderland fans. Now remember what the reaction, by some, to Claude Puel's recent appointment was. He finished 8th and got to a domestic final, and people thought it was ridiculous that he should get another job so easily. Now imagine if he'd got relegated, badly, last year and been given another chance. Some pundits would be reacting like it was the end of the world.
