Watching Arsenal reminds me of some Liverpool cup game (can't remember which) where the reserves managed to beat some side but Klopp wasn't happy because they did it in the wrong way. Arsenal are too busy being individuals here, it's a bit shit
Beatings will continue until morale improves...

If your moral compass is Piers Moron then I ask you to think whether someone who oversaw illegal phone hacking and published fake pictures depicting War Crimes is an appropriate person to look up to. In fact, I'd suggest you're a bit of a c*nt.

Well in Stevie, doing a cracking job this season

He's really making Rangers a hard team to score against. 3 goals conceded all season in the league in 12 games. No matter the league, that's some going.

Looks like Feyenord was on the receiving end of either one of the worst ref performances in recent memory or just blatant match fixing.

Renato Sanches now plays for them. Whatever happened to him? He was meant to be a generational talent.

Wasn't he the new Hamez Rodriguez 4 or so years ago?

A bit hard to score a goal when you can't get a shot on target. It's supposedly 4 games on the trot that the opposition have had 0 shots on target. Our analysts should be having a look at what's going on there.

Quite interesting with Stevie.. Fantastic player; that just played his own game due to unbelievable talent. And now being able to coach and build a very strong defensive game; with players - with all due respect - that is quite far off his own level..
It’s not even about individuality, it’s about the team. Our game was based on his controlling of the tempo. Squeeze the life out of the opposition and then strike. That is our game. Like a pack of pythons.

;-) Thats why Scott Parker probably spends most of his week trying on suits and working on his hair, while Stevie was just born cool..

I have to say I hated the talk of Carragher/Gerrard would come back to manage Liverpool. The Carragher-alternative is dead I presume; Stevie - maybe not so bad in a while..

Got the Beer-Sheeva vs Leverkusen game on as I work, 2-1 so far after 24 mins to Beer-Sheeva, just scored a lovely 2nd goal.

Rangers 1-1 vs Benficia at the moment.

One own goal each in Benfica - Rangers and Benfica down to ten men - Otamendi sent off.

1:2 Rangers

That goal from the wonderfully named Elton Acolatse for Beer-Sheva was a thing of beauty, a lovely touch from Acolatse to take it towards goal, then beating 2 defenders. Athough you have to say the defending of Tah was embarassing  ;D

Decided I'd try to watch Rangers to see what the fuss was with Gerrard.  Had completely forget that Otamendi and Vertongen were on Benfica and we get a typical Otamendi blunder to lead this to probably not being a good game to watch now.

Tin Jedvaj with a strong header from a corner, goalie saves, but it rebounds off the head of his defender into the goal. Oooops!

Rangers looking extremely comfortable until ref allows a quick free kick, taken from the wrong place, and then an almighty multiple fuck up in defence gifts Benfica a second.

Unbelievable shite from Rangers. A man up, very comfortable, thrown away a 2 goal lead with utterly pathetic lackadaisical play. Goldstone has a mistaken him, his partner is worse.

I know he’s doing well with the players he’s got. But Benfica put absolutely no pressure on the ball when Rangers were 2 goals to the good and didn’t have to work hard to just see it out. Benfica put on a direct runner with a bit of pace, and Rangers’ midfield got played through too easily exposing the CBs lack of pace. Just appalling game management from too many.
