Same, went to Kiev in the ballot but I’ve done the hard years of sitting through fucking FC Rabotnicki at home in July with that owl Hodgson wearing a blazer with our bird on it!
I’m a massive fan of the local sales (use them myself) but in the later rounds you can’t justify a local going the game potentially for the first time taking that ticket when someone who has attended European matches for years (like yourself) missing out!!
Unfortunately, nothing can be done about the corporates taking more seats in the later stages but something can be done with the locals!!
Dreading next year when the next ACS starts!! Getting moe and more difficult to even get hold of a ticket. A few years ago I could easily pick two anywhere in the kop on the ACS. The expansion of the main stand messed up the usual numbers particularly for the short term period
