That would be the Ludo variation but that's not available at the moment because nobody can get past the reds...

Relegation APLT?  I need to know the true plight of Huddersfield and Newcastle!

Sorry Mick, been pretty busy recently. I'll see if i can get some time later on this week.

Wasn't sure where to post this, so thought here was as good a place as any.  The table showing the points differences between the clubs after 22 games. Much easier to see the relative positions compared to the 'normal' league table. Sort of.

I did a similar thing for all the top leagues before Xmas in Tableau (fully updatable too), but kind of left it aside gathering dust. Here it is....

That's nice! Usually the Bundesliga used to look like the League 1 now, but now it seems to be the most competitive.

Nah, Juventus won't catch us.

Two poor games is all it will take. More than likely starting with this weekend.

They also have three games in hand.

Well you don't have a monopoly on that. We're all the same. Team just needs to go for broke, though you can't necessarily connect 4 point leads in Jan with winning the jackpot. I'm sure Klopp will mastermind it, though.

It's just a shame that this 11 day break is going to ruin our momentum. Also, Leicester will probably replace Puel so we're sure to face a new manager bounce.

It would be silly for Leicester to replace Puel. Their next three games are us away, home to United, and away to Spurs. Who would want to bring a new manager with the prospect of losing his first three games on a trot?

Plus they’re 9th in the league, 3 points off 7th.  Not sure what their expectations are but that’s about as good as you would expect.

I've never gotten this business of discussions on replacing Puel. They're where you'd expect them to be, fighting with Watford, Wolves, West Ham & Everton for those upper mid-table positions & are only two points off 7th. They're getting some big results here & there too. If they expect any other manager to do way better & compete for 6th or be comfortable in 7th, that would be downright insane. There's no realistic managerial candidate who's going to do much better than this.

I love how consistent our line's been.

There's no fluctuating peaks and troughs, just a nice, calm flow which is very reflective of our season so far (excepting yesterday).

Yeah we definitely lost the calm flow yesterday, both in game play and stress levels.

I suppose so long as the line remains steady it doesn't matter if we're all a quivering mess come May.

I don't suppose you have, or could do, previous seasons of those Tableau tables? It might put the various leagues "quality" into perspective, particularly France and Germany. Although the PL last season was probably a bit of an aberration.

The man has some serious bad karma. Remember, he was replaced by Southampton for getting them 8th.  That probably takes the crown for the most inexplicable sacking of Premier League history.
