I do travel with them from Stanmore, on an irregular basis, but have only ever seen a pick up from Stanmore.
Never give up

I didn't know this was a thing, is this still a thing? It'd be very good for me if this was still a thing ;D

"Match tickets are provided at cost price plus booking fee (which we are charged for by LFC). The cost of transport is £28.00 for members (£20.00 for under 16's). Guests (non-members) will be charged an additional £5.00. Please note if we provide match tickets you must travel with the Supporters’ Club."

Sounds like home matches are all treated as bubble matches, keep you safe from those horrible scallys.  ;)

Seriously though, I thought they'd done away with allocations for supporters clubs and it's fucking annoying.

Hij seems OK as far as wools go though, so have a good time with what's bound to be a load of whoppers.

;D

Checked the dates and I made this post three days after my first ever game vs Portsmouth at Anfield in the league. Picked one up on a general sale as the game was midweek and for Christmas my mum drove me to the game, waited in the ASDA and then drove me back. What an absolute gem she is. I must have been hooked and was looking at other ways to get to the ground and back that didn't involve being chauffeured by mum in what was clearly a very loving one off. I take her with me to some games now haha.

Cheers.

Having my own car is pretty decent now, just about finding people to share the petrol with. Have sorted whoppers tickets if it reduces petrol price ;D

Was that the game Gerrard scored a screamer, week or so after Olympiakos?

Yeah they equalised late on.

Edit:

Quote
Lomana LuaLua's injury-time equaliser gave Portsmouth a point at Anfield.

Steven Gerrard's thunderous free-kick after 70 minutes looked to have given Liverpool a vital victory.

But the DR Congo's LuaLua headed home from close range with seconds left after goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek badly misjudged a cross from substitute Matthew Taylor.

Forgot how late it was. He did the catapults for ages towards the away end if I remember correctly.

Assume this is a wind-up as I've travelled plenty of times with Herts and some of the guys in there follow the club home and away and abroad. They are as far as you can get from a 'whopper'.

I travel with LFC Hertfordshire on a regular basis, the coach leaves from Stanmore station for every home game. If anyone needs any further info just pm me.
