One of the lads on our coach got nicked after the game as well. Villa fan spat in his face so the lad chinned him and knocked him out, the villa fan had his kid with him as well. Don't know what would possess anyone to do that especially being with your kid.
Now you think Ronald McDonald gonna go down to the basement and say, "Hey Mr. Nugget - you the bomb. We sellin' chicken faster than you can tear the bone out. So I'm gonna write my clowney ass name on this fat-ass cheque for you."

Disgusting that.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

A footbal fan was banned from all stadiums in Britain for setting off a smoke bomb at a Liverpool FC Premier League match.

Paul Mottram, who ignited a cannister during last month’s Liverpool v Stoke City fixture, won’t be allowed into football venues for four years.

The incident happened in the ground’s Anfield Road away section during the second half of the game on August 17.

Potters’ fan Mottram, from Stoke-On-Trent, was charged after Merseyside Police arrested him on suspicion of possession of a flare.

Smoke plumes enveloped the pitch and strong fumes could be smelt at the opposite end on The Kop.

Mottram, 40, appeared at North Liverpool Community Justice Centre where he was issued with his football banning order.

There's an irony in the fact that it was an away supporter AT Anfield that has been caught given our away support is possibly the biggest offender in the league.

Bit harsh that. I was right next to the Stoke lot in the Anny road end and there was no visible smoke at all - not even a bang; just a smell.

I was at the Stoke game and can't remember it at all so it obviously didn't make that much of an impression on the game.

I wasn't at the Stoke game so can't say for sure whether it enveloped the pitch or smelt funny.

Smoke bombs are for amatuers, Flares are what it is all about, thats the big boys league, but the smoke bombs compliment them. i'd like to see a mixture of red and white ones to be honest at old trafford. Plenty of home made flags, no one sitting down please and a good variation of songs.
