There was so much talk about the left back, that I always wondered why nobody was concerned enough about the right back slot. I was of the opinion in July/August that we needed a right back to challenge Clyne, and to then, hopefully, have Clyne as back up option. I'd played out that wish fulfillment in my head anyway. I was a bit 'scratchy head' about seeing nobody brought in, particularly after seeing Flanno go on loan. I didn't mention it much, maybe once, but ... yeah... there is back up in AA (I like it when a plan comes together). Decent back up too. Very encouraging - he's been quietly quite impressive.
