Everton away
« on: February 27, 2020, 09:53:50 am »
Less than 3 weeks to this and there's still nothing about ticket selling arrangements. Are the blues trying to think of a way to avoid giving us any tickets for the title winning party?!

Unreal isnt it

Someone could literally walk over on their lunch and get the tickets from them

I'm sure the TO have gotten the tickets long since but are just sorting out how many to leave for sale to fans and how many should be given to corporates, seeing that potentially this could be the title winning match.

I expect this to start high and not really drop too low because of this.

They don't actually need the tickets to do any of that. They don't even need the tickets to sell them.

The hospo ballot finished well over a week ago yet still no selling details, its like they are waiting to see if it will be the match where we could win it at before deciding how many they are going to siphon off. Anything other than Everton away and it wouldn't be an issue but they have got previous with this specific match. Taking into account the last few seasons, the guaranteed 1st sale should be 15+, anything higher than that and they have clearly lifted even more then they usually do.

What I meant is that they have gotten all details of the tickets - how many we've been allocated.

Yeah, and what I mean is that they could have done all that ages ago anyway. Far more likely the Police are playing games.

I’m guessing the delay is police also. The hospo ballot finished on the 17th but no result of it yet means- result normally coincides with selling announcement.  The other corporates and sponsors get what they want. New balance/ standard chartered get minimum 4 for an away etc.

I've heard Everton are trying to cut our allocation on safety grounds. The club have asked to see the reasons to be shown compared to previous games this season when normal allocation was given to visiting clubs. This is why there's a delay in details.

Feeling a bit sick about this. Usually goes on to 14 ish doesn't it?

take 500 out and I'm very worried about what this starts (and probably sells out) at.

Watford with a 2200 allocation started at 18 and returns sold out at 17 I think.

Probably release the details at 5pm, just as they close for the weekend, so to prevent people phoning up complaining when/if the allocation is reduced.

Was ok on my phone, in a 2 minute queue though, not sure how that can happen in a guaranteed sale but it’s becoming a regular occurrence with guaranteed away sales

And people are selecting seats knowing they don't qualify. (You could see them appearing later on again.) Took me 6 attempts to be allowed to buy the ones I'd clicked on but all good in the end.

Are the seats in the Paddock just LV3 & LV4?  Looks like they're going to sell out any way before they go down to 11.

Will have to rely on any returns next week, got one last season, but was very lucky.

Yeah LV3 and LV4 are the front bit, LV1 and LV2 are the back bit.
