Got four days booked. Monday to Thursday. Paid £25 return before we played Porto. Travelling over without a ticket, but with an associate living out there I know through my foray into Grime music is willing to give me his sofa, and potentially combined with some time in an AirBnb with other fellas heading out there, it's a no brainer at the cost. Annoying that there have been several games I could have been to if I had just done Spartak Moscow, but difficult when my daughter was due around the day of that game. Genuinely can't wait to be out there with all the reds, just hope we've kept winning league games until then so everything is still alive- Porto was amazing after the game. I think it's so awesome how everyone who supports Liverpool is your friend on these sort of trips - hoping for a plethora of chants during my time there and a good result. This end of the season is so exhilarating, and I plan on savouring every moment of it. Just Newcastle that I won't be in the city for between now and the end of the season and that could change if City have 2 bad results back to back. I'll drive there on my own if I have to.
I'd take winning one of the trophies now if I didn't know which one it would be, but imagining winning both sets me off. Already been near in tears when we scored winners against Fulham, Tottenham and Chelsea. Only didn't go mental with Wijnaldum's because I was holding my daughter to stop her trying to bang the spacebar on the laptop and pause the game
. My old man passed away in January and these last few months have been the greatest distraction I could have ever asked for. Come on reds.
