Could do with an app which uses your current location and lists what is on that night in all of the local clubs etc.

I was out in leeds last weekend and wanted to find somewhere to go, it would have been ideal for that but i could not see one in the app store.

Its bizzare what's out there now. I've got a guide how to do more 'complex' knots for my work ties so I can graduate off the schoolboy knot. It's brilliantly named iTie.

Also on appulous there was something called iButler Premium (or VIP) something similar where you had to prove you had over £x to get their services. Anyone tried blagging this?

Design some tracking thing where if you link to another phone you can locate them on gps (usefulk for mrs avran grant).

The missus has just had an email from "Highlights," the Sky Sports keep-in-touch thing, coincidentally (?) just around the time the free offer from o2 is drawing to a close.

Very interesting news indeed:

Coming Soon:
The wait for 3G Sky Mobile TV on the iPhone is almost over! Stay tuned to Highlights, or text HIGHLIGHTS to 60505 and we'll notify you as soon as the new 3G / WiFi update is available to download.

Sky Sports via 3G for £6 a month? Yes please!

Not tried it on my TV but the quality is good if you have a decent wifi connection or 3g signal (you need to use unristrictor3g to be able to use it outside your house)

OK I ve tried using itunes help and it is no help at all...
So my laptop died, so I got a new one from work, installed itunes and synced it with my iphone.... what happens? After the sync all my apps have gone from my phone and any music I have bought via wifi on my phone has gone (the stuff I downloaded on my laptop is still there though).  In itunes I can still see all this stuff but it says it can not locate the original file so it is not authoised to play it.  WHAT the hell do I do?????

Just be sure your going to get an iphone and not a copy. I personally wouldn't try to look for a cheap deal on ebay. Especially with a phone. It could be a fake. It could be stolen. It could be old and damaged.

I paid the extra to get an official one from O2. Felt safer that way

Just once in my life I've done the Google search in advance, done the changes, and thought I'd solved the problem... but it didn't work. So...

I got my o2 iPhone 3G unlocked by o2, and I gave the phone to my wife, who now loves it. She wants to be able to send me snaps of the kids, so she asked me to try and get the MMS set up. So I duly did that, following the instructions here for t-mobile users.

I used the instructions here:
http://blog.flashgen.com/2009/06/18/enable-mms-on-unlocked-iphones/

And lo and behold, the settings seemed fine after that - I got the little camera icon next to the text field in the SMS app, I got the send MMS option in the photos themselves, and so forth.

So it all seems fine, but when I send her an MMS or she tries to send one to me, no joy.

Any advice?

Yeah yeah, I know: "Google it". ;D
