20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 8 sets.  I think we did about 10 exercises in total.

Absolutely brutalised me, you think it's not going to be so bad but that 10 seconds to catch your breath is nothing.  Drenched in sweat by the end of it all, really amazing workout.  About a third of the exercises my form went to shit because I just couldn't get my limbs to do what they were supposed to.

Gonna try again next week if I can.
Sit down, shock is better taken with bent knees.

Moving house at the end of a summer and finally finally have room for a garage gym! I can't wait to have my own space. I love the gym I train at (Strongman/athlete-type gym rather than commercial), but having my own equipment and not bent bars and shaky racks will be superb.

Been recovering from a really bad shoulder injury and finally back onto a proper routine and weights four days per week. Can't bench press but overhead press is fine. Finally getting my squat numbers back and aiming to hit double bodyweight next year...it's always eluded me.

Are any of you following someone else's programme or just your own?

I used Mike Matthews 5 day split as the basis for mine, but have adapted it a little since I've been doing it (not too much), and will no doubt continue to do so.

Cycled 16.8 miles yesterday, quite proud of myself! only been on my bike a few times just going to work which isn't far, so to do that sort of distance for first time ever was quite pleasing! legs a bit achy and sore ass though

Padded shorts and some Vasoline or Sudocrem on your bits pre ride..I use E45 cream..I did over 200 miles on a ride in Wales last Saturday..bums not sore.
Exercise is to the body what reading is to the mind.

"If I hadn't doped, I would never have won". "Doping improves your performance between 5 and 7 per cent, and maybe 10 to 12 per cent when you are in a peak shape.

"Doping isn't addictive but it's an instrument of power: whoever wins attracts the money; for themselves, the team and the sponsors"

Yes but not for fitness reasons...they made me feel very weird.
