The '96' is a badge Phil was wearing when the photo on the flag was taken. Jim wants to try to change it but I don't think it needs to be, it represents the era Phil campaigned tirelessly.

That is some photo and great to see the emotion there beaming from Phil Scraton. Absolutely love it and well in to everyone involved. Looking forward to seeing that being proudly displayed in the ground.
