It wouldn't surprise me if it has. It's taking me more than 20 minutes to get myself sorted and I'm pretty savvy at the ticket site. Every click is followed by 20+ seconds of waiting.

The number of people in the queue ahead of me hasn't changed for quite a while and still over an hour wait.  Was just going to do the ACS today and then the PL ones tomorrow once the first lot of TV fixtures are out, but thinking I'll sack it off and do it all tomorrow.

Fair comment. I just personally like to get my ducks in a row asap. Working from home for me so not like I'm missing out on doing anything at the moment. But yeah tomorrow does seem tempting now!

That was much more tortuous than I remember from last season. Site very slow and only changing each game for one junior so feel for those of you with multiple changes. Took me back to 1999 with the speed of page refreshes! Ultimately though, glad I can now head off on holiday knowing I haven't missed the ballot. Strangely unbalanced schedule this season...second half will probably see more chances for tickets as the 4+ games were far easier last season.

There’s a queue just to get into your account, with just 206 in the queue there’s a 22 min wait! No wonder the other queue is bad, what is it 1 at a time every minute or something? Shockingly bad.

It's painfully slow and you only get 20 mins. You have to do each game separately, and change each member separately within each game, and the refreshing in between takes ages and then often the page goes blank or nothing happens for a bit so you don't know if it's saved or lost or what. You need to wait every time for the green panel to come up to get back to the list of games as well. If you're doing more than one person it's absolutely painful.

I think you have to be linked together (ie: friends and family) but not 100% sure.

Suspect they restricted the numbers on the site which has speeded up the registration but slowed the queue to a halt. Not helped by multiple device users which is bonkers for a ballot registration

Does it matter when I do this i.e. is there more chance of getting a ticket if you register on 4th July rather than 6th July for instance?

At what stage do I have to link another ID number? Looking to get 2 tickets for any game for myself and my dad (we are both members) and i'll be buying on our behalf. Do they need to be linked before I enter any queue or can they only be linked when I reach my turn in the queue when registering for a specific game (if what I described makes sense)?

Also finally, do I have to repeat the registration and linking process for each individual game?
