He said they both realised they weren't communicating well; and he has to do right thing for the club; and he believes Hicks communicating better...

Has forsale sign been taken down; he said he's not commenting

no comment on the sale
On awaiting Everton's arrival for a derby game at Anfield, Bill Shankly gave a box of toilet rolls to the doorman and said: "Give them these when they arrive – they'll need them!"

"Time is a healer".

"Took a while for both of us ... both realised that we weren't communicating really well.  I believe Hicks... are communicating better for us... and better with them"

Not commenting on whether the "for sale" sign has been "taken down".  Interesting.

'assets in trust for fans'

no developments worth talking about.

H&G communication substantially improved

asked if the club is 'for sale' he said he wont comment

Basically the way I see it:

It was a complete set up between them 2; good guy/bad guy... routine. Now they won't comment on sale; because there will be no sale; but if they say that then there would be hell to pay; and we'd step up a gear. The fact he talks about transfer funds for this summer; there not selling

My guess is that Dubai Holdings have told G&H that they will only buy 100% of the club. That means that G&H would have to improve on their friendship and communicate with each other.

I always believe in our team, always.
Sheikh Mo will own the club very soon.

He is such a dick.

I wonder whether Sameer Al Ansari looks at him and thinks "Why am I talking to such a cock? I could be getting laid, but instead I'm here talking to this sack of balls."
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum will own Liverpool FC.

He gets what he wants, and he'll do it the dirty way if he has to.

My take is that he is being extremely careful in what he says; I'm not at all convinced by his tone and choice of words that he is committed going forward (has he ever been committed?) or he will be a viable factor within the club moving forward.
