I liked the black initially to be fair, but wasn't that the one we wore against Stoke when Henderson was through on goal and missed about 5 times? It summed up that season. I hated the home. I hated how shiny it was and the weird diamond/triangle patterns. Also that, and especially the away, remind me of Jovanovic, Poulsen and Joe Cole. How times have changed.

Just got the Home shirt.
The pattern on the front is actually quite nice in the flesh. Wasn't sure on it originally. The photos do it an injustice.
When wearing/posing not a fan of the white strips on the shoulder, should've just kept that detail on the collar.
Nice kit tho.

Would expect plain grey with trim meself. But these days, you never know. Presumably the third kit is all purple.

Went to buy a shirt for my son's birthday tomorrow. They don't do age 3-4!?! It goes 2-3 then 4-5. The guy in the club shop thought it was a bit shit as well.

Had to buy him a Mo Salah shirt instead.

I found it for $40 eventually!

True. I wasn’t a fan of the home kit at first, but it looks much better on and in close up..

I never liked the 80s grey kit though...

I don't think it looks or sounds like a base layer from the pics and description if that's what you mean.

More like a top you'd wear over a tshirt but under a coat on a cold day, since they're calling it a mid-layer.

This is not much to go on, I know, but I saw that in the club shop yesterday. On the dummy in the window it looked a pretty tight fit. It didn't look to be designed as a loose fit.
As JasonF said, it's not as tight as a base layer, though.

I tried on the red marl t-shirt in the range and it was quite tight for my size. Mind you, these things look great on athletes and sculptured dummies in shops, but the middle-aged and/or unfit body doesn't quite fit in them the same.

When I'm in decent shape I'm in a Large. Not in decent shape and it's an XL, but for the red marl tee to look ok I would have needed an XXL.

Not sure if any of this helps, but there you go.

The only place I could see online was some Indian-based website (shopredlabel.com i think?).

They didn't reply when I asked if they'd send to UK in time for Kyiv so I never bothered.

Anyone's home kit from 17-18 leaking red dye to the collar? I've been very careful with it, washed on delicates inside out and hang dried it. Noticed some discoloration after the recent wash (after CL final). Kinda blows since the white collar is lovely but instead is gonna end up looking like i wear it shaving.
