Great ball from TAA for the third goal. TAA with 9 assists and Robbo with 10.

Mane scores a lot of goals with his head. He’s is very good in the air (as is Firmino).

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Torn between subs for legs or closing the GD gap, in the unlikely event it matters.

We're finishing on 97 so GD doesn't matter ;D

It is at training pace and the boys are enjoying themselves- so no issue of either mental or physical fatigue. Look to make 2-3 changes ar around the 60-70minute mark. Chuffed Salah got his goal as he was forcing the issue and not playing the right ball to a teammate.

Liverpool 2-0 Huddersfield

GOAL - Liverpool 3-0 Huddersfield
Mohamed Salah

A goal straight off the training ground.

It's a long punt forward by Trent Alexander-Arnold and it falls nicely for Mohamed Salah who coolly lobs the oncoming Jonas Lossl.

It's a beautiful finish from the man making his 100th appearance for Liverpool in all competitions.

That's his 68th goal - that's some record!

The atmosphere is like a testimonial poor from the crowd. We are going top of the league with 91 fucking points the crowd should be buzzing. We just need to make City hold serve the worst thing we can do is if City make a mistake and we dont win our last 3. We need to keep the faith lets get 6-7 in the second half

Fantastic start, great to see Naby getting regular goals now, fantastic cross from Robo and  a brilliant header from Sadio. What a ball from Trent too and sublime finish from Mo!

Loving it...

Huddersfield committing numbers to the attack is making this a good game.  It's suicide from them but it's good practice for Wednesday.  It's also a refreshing change from than the usual war of attrition, grinding down a bottom half side's 10 man defence.

The Mo Salah is a one season wonder bandwagon - WHERE the fuck have these c*nts gone?

He’s fucking top of the goal scoring charts again

HES WORLD CLASS In the top 3 players in the world

If we don’t win the league we are deffo going places and will be right at it again

MO, BOBBY, SAIDO

ALLISON, VAN DJK, ROBERTSON

These 6 are world class and would get into any team. We just need to build on it...

These players I feel will stay with us - they won’t want City, Juve, Barca or Real (Long contract and they love the club)

Couple of early changes, but let's keep focus here and press home the advantage. Closing in on City's GD just puts another little bit of pressure on them. And boosts our confidence further before Wednesday.

The biggest gap in PL history?
Liverpool 3-0 Huddersfield

The gulf in class between these two teams is there for all to see.

And it's not surprising given the following stat. As things stand, there are 77 (SEVENTY SEVEN!) points between the two sides. We believe that is the biggest gap ever between two Premier League teams.

Even Derby, officially the worst side in Premier League history (with 11 points), only finished 76 points behind eventual champions Manchester United in 2007-08.
