How easy is it to swap your ticket for somewhere else in the ground? Do you have to call up and ask for your current one to be cancelled while you have your new one in your basket?

Why the surprise that this is dropping? Last time we were in European competition our ground held 8500 less people. Nailed on for all members as there will be under 50000 people with credits from 15/16!

This is why it's dropping

City £20 to £40
United £29 to £50
Spurs £30 to £50
Chelsea £35
Liverpool £37 to £59

They need to change it for Maribor.  If Moscow is a dead rubber the ground will be half full at these prices.

Maybe half full but a "sell out" for the credits if we are through. Maybe we have hit a tipping point with cost of tickets?

Depends if they change the criteria.  If it stays the same I could swerve all three group matches and still have 3 of the last 7.

Don't fancy my chances on 1.

I shouldn't have been so pessimistic, sorted today in U8 and despite no Kop there was (and still are) tons of seats available.

I reckon 10 years ago we'd have had 10,000 snapping up the half price young adult tickets, too late now.  Priced out for so long they'd rather hang round outside Spar or something.

It's also interesting that both adult / child blocks are still yellow.  It's knocking on £60 to take your kid to a group stage match.

This will sell out on all members, but not too sure about the next two matches.

Pretty damming figures those. Doubt the club will do anything about it though.

£34 for Hoffenheim. £57 for Sevilla. Same seat.

I don't know what the justification is for this, well, there isn't one.

Glad I did the walk out.

they are when looked at against the others you're right

they wont change for Maribor though - not a chance

People wills till go to that as will hopefully be getting them the last 16 tickets.

There is one thing to look at on the prices though - Utd have to fill 80,000 seats or nigh on. City always struggle to sell out their games and Spurs are filling 90,000

Our matches will sell out so from that point of view they prices are right but from a football point and fans point of view they are ridiculous

I got a membership last season and I have still not managed to buy 1 single ticket from the site. For the big matches I do not meet the criteria and for the smaller matches the tickets sell out by the time i get to the front of the queue. Am ending up paying £300 for hospitality tickets or from other sites for matchday tickets and they do not count towards my buying history. :butt

All members tomorrow at 1pm mate.

To be honest, I felt sick paying £59 3 years ago. I swallowed it because we played Real Madrid in the 2nd game, but ultimately the ceiling is too high in this instance.

Totally agree. When I was getting mine i waited and waited and finally a £37 popped up in 202 just as I'd resigned myself to not going. Not sure what the cheapest available have been most of this sale, but I know I got lucky and I'm thankful for that, but the fact that many are having to pay £50+ for this is way too much. I wouldn't pay it as loads won't either. If I don't carry on getting lucky (or they don't lower the prices) then I won't be going. Then again as has been said, it'll probably sell out so the bean counters will no doubt be patting themselves on the back.

Edit: Just looked and you can get a severely restricted view for £45. What a bargain!

Yes normal ST seat wasn't available when I signed up to ACS with a member, so I get a paper ticket for each match. Members cards are activated wherever they sit.

They will lower the prices for Maribor.

They know there would be uproar if they didn't. Mr Moore would be bombarded on Twitter, for one.

not a chance i wouldnt have thought

The prices have been set for the group stage and the knockout phase according to that haven't they?

So bottom line is we'll all pay over the odds for Maribor BUT they wont increase them for a glamour match in the latter part of the competition (not that i think they should but wouldn't have put it past them!)

I also can't see people not buying Maribor tickets if its a dead rubber as it will effect them going to a Barcelona or Bayern Munich type match - fair play if people dont buy but i'd be amazed if the stadium is anything but full when the match comes around

Wouldn't be the first time they'd back tracked on ticket prices, although I agree that they won't.

I'm hoping the ground is half full though so they have to rethink next time.

Any unsold seats should be given to the local £9 allocation.

As I said, that'd depend on how they do the sales.  If they stick to the same formula of 3 of the last 7 I could swerve all 3 group matches and still get a ticket in the next round.

Yes you're right - I think however if Seville drops to all members then they will just use that for the remaining group matches

If more hospitality gets used latter rounds I could see them dipping back to Europa league homes but even that I think is unlikely

We'll see I guess. First time I've ever been on ACS so for once I don't need to worry about it

it just automatically creates a queue when there's enough people online. in the past sometimes being "on" the site earlier helped, but not so now when they close the site beforehand.
