Do they collection details just get sent to the actual membership holder or to the nominated people? I've not received mine (a nominated person).

If your nominated and your mobile and email were added at the time of booking then you will receive it - but sometimes people just put the names and passport details and their own email and mobile numbers   - ask your nominator

Not sure if you get it but due to lack of enthusiasm for me to get the Salzburg funds in Ive decided to do a ciggy run instead via Prague as Prague was my destination to get to Salzburg. Flying back from Katowice on Tuesday. Hopefully I'll be back in time for the match on Tuesday night in my local.

Wanna buy any bifters anyone ?

I went to Hallstatt for the day on Monday by train...beautiful spot..that broke it up for me...train to Linz this morning....Vienna and home...I don't suppose we will play in Austria too often..so ticked a few places off

A friend of mine was saying today that she wasn't well this week and couldn't go to Salzburg as planned. She'd been picked for collection so rang the club and explaned.  She knew it'd mean she'd lose the credit but was being honest.
She later found out that someone collected her ticket over there without having to show ID! 
The credit is still on her account but just so wrong. ::)
Mixed feelings now - complain or be grateful to have the credit?

Seems a bit far fetched..I had to collect mine..had to show email and passport before I was even allowed in the collection room...at the desk showed the same ID..guy went to get my envelope and asked me my home address before he passed envelope with ticket over to me...

There was 3 of them behind the desk..two females and a male..one of the females was on the phone to someone saying somebody not named when purchased had attempted to collect someone's ticket

All seemed very tightly ran to me..no chance of a blag

That's what we had told her it would be like, as we've collected before but she hadn't. But her report added up except for them handing the ticket over to a fella who met her friends out there.  :-\
