It's a joke, it's not like it's been over 5 weeks since the draw or anything is it.

This could've been announced before Christmas, why all the cloak and dagger bollocks

People have to arrange time off work, flights etc, impossible if you don't know if you qualify or not 👎👎👎

They could do 3,2,1 from this season especially as everybody with 1 should qualify
They won't, it will be based on the last 2 Euro away seasons.

True, that's probably the best/faires way and therefore they will most likely do something completely different  ::)

The delay apparently is due to Porto charging too much for away fans. Liverpool officials are trying to negoatiate a lower price for us

So are you saying that it is right that someone who has only got 1 from this season and nothing from 2 seasons ago might get sorted over someone that has also got 1 from this season but has also got 3 from 2 seasons ago so 4 in total?

Why would they care what Porto charge us as they don't think of us with there prices. Surely if this was the case the club would of already put a statement out saying they were doing this to make themselves look good.

Well with Sparkat being available for all members maybe it wouldn't be the fairest way this time around.
But someone that got Bordeaux from 2015 (and perhaps/probably didn't attend) shouldn't get sorted before anyone that traveled to Moscow earlier this season.

Bordeaux would have got them United and that would have got them Dortmund, the chances are that they attending 1 of those 2, or possibly both. The point being that they've done previous Euro aways which is why they should be sorted before anyone that has decided to jump on this season.

Yeah I know.. but that’s all down to the possibility that someone that didn’t attend Bordeaux and only attended one of united or Dortmund has still only been to one match and anyone traveling to Moscow and got the travel documents approved has attended the same amount of matches.

But still now it’s not about attended it’s about the history recorded on your account.

I feel for you, with a big allocation like Real or Barca with almost 4000 tickets I’d imagine you’ll get a ticket.

Yeah I was talking about us making it to the final :)

In Basel everyone with 8+ matches was guaranteed a ticket, we had 7 home matches. It will be the similar for a potential final this season as well, anyone with 7+ matches will get a ticket as we would have 6 home matches before a potential final.
The stadium in Kiev is bigger but UEFA will take more tickets for sponsors.

It is bigger yes but our club will make sure lot of tickets go to sponsors, cleaning lady, window cleaner, post man, thomas cook staff etc.... first before us fans so that takes a large chunk off.
The champions league final has a much bigger pull than Europa league final

Although you're massively jumping the gun, and an enormous ask to make the final Kiev stadium (68k) is nigh on double the size of Basel (38k) and we got 10236 for Basel http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/tickets/219845-uefa-europa-league-final-ticket-details

So even with the greater attraction of the CL final we'd get at least 15000, so if you've one away you'd be fine, if by some miracle we make the final

I've got a couple of mates thinking of going to this who won't get tickets in our end. Tickets in their end are currently available on Viagogo for £46 - but it says you can't access the site in the UK.

I can get on the site using a VPN and setting my location as France. I get all the way through to the payment and delivery page and I can set the delivery address to my home address in the UK.

I'm just wondering if anyone has tried anything like this before or knows of any risks in using Viagogo. Are they likely to contact after a few days saying they can't deliver to the UK? Are they reputable or are they one of the sites that sells tickets they don't actually have?

Just weighing up whether its worthwhile going through with it.

Cheers.

Never used viagogo myself, but have heard they sometimes ask for a address in the country of the event to send the tickets to week before the event.

Anyone any idea where our area will be in the ground? Could possibly be two tiers of pricing if we've got such a big area maybe?

The rumour is that Porto want 80 Euro, and the club are questioning the increase from their previous games, as per Seville v Mancs.

Didn't they release prices for home fans ages ago? And they were around 40 Euro max. If they are charging 80 Euro then we should only give them rows 33-35 of the lower Anny all the way along and charge them £70 each for a shit letterbox view. Fuckin gobshites. Mancs were quite right in their approach. Sick to death of getting ripped off at Euro aways
