yes I recently watched that too, fzntastic documentary I thought. Shanks had gone before I strated following the club.mThe first fixture I remember watching was the 1978 EC final.

Still find it sad that Shanks never won the big one, of not for corrupt officials he may have even been the first Briton to win it.

Also sad the way he was excluded from the club after he left, although understandable as it would have posed unwanted distraction for Bob Paisley and the team, particularly what happened at Utd when Busby finished
