Not exactly for this thread, not really sure where else to ask - but does anyone know what what will happen in regards to the Amazon games being shown in pubs? I'd obviously rather pop down to a boozer to watch our game in lieu of getting a spare for it if they'll have a satellite version of the match.

Virgin media have an Amazon Video channel, I'm assuming Sky will have the same.

It's all about licensing then, but in terms of them physically being able to show it on a TV, that won't be a problem.

Quick question - apologies if it’s already been answered.

With amazon prime matches - how many people will be able to simultaneously stream in at once on one membership?

I know that the current rule is two but it wouldn’t surprise me if the fuckers change it for PL matches or something? Any word?

Why the fuck will our end be “thwatted”?   As has already been said, most of the day at home, set off 4ish, back home for midnight in time for a few beers, roads clear.

No idea. But Amazon so far have no plans to stop their 30 day trial during December. So just sign up a load of friends/family to avail of the free month if that continues to be true.

Sorry, if this has been discussed elsewhere, but when will the West Ham away date/time be released? I guess it most probably is on the week commencing 13.1., but could it also be on the week commencing 6.1.?

Definitely won't be the W/C the 13th. Probably not in January anyway.

Would make sense to have this on the alternate weekend in feb when the 'break' is. Considering West Ham will have had break the weekend 21st December - it's not like they're missing out.

I would rather have seven days to prepare for a game than 3/4 days.

I reckon it will be the week of the 27th Jan when the carabao semis will be played (if Villa knock us out) will also be just after the 4th round FA cup dates as well that will suit us better as well.

Why not, because of a possible FA Cup 3rd round replay?

TV fixtures for February now not being released until 29th December. Apparently the PL are surprised that all the clubs playing in Europe have actually made it out of their groups  ::)

Why 29th December? Both the CL and EL draws are on 16th December. The dates for the knockout games should be confirmed that day.

Yes, and the last 16 of the CL is split over two weeks for each leg, so they will probably be waiting for the draw and CL fixtures to be confirmed before deciding who plays in the PL on which week of the winter break depending on when they play their CL ties, to make sure they actually get a break.

So why did they have the initial release date down as BEFORE the last 16 CL date then knowing they'd want to wait to know that before deciding on Feb's fixtures? It's just a bollocks excuse for another shitshow of a decision from the PL with regards to tv fixtures.

We’re better of having Norwich on the 8th Feb weekend to give us a break and a full 10 days before we return to the Wanda for Atlético.

How do they decide who plays when? Do the clubs get a say in what they'd prefer?
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Get two weeks if it’s the week after though.

All league games are that weekend but five of them will be the week after.

It is almost certain that Norwich will be the weekend of the 15th, the FA were very clear that it is a clear 2 week break for every team. As we play the champions league on the Tuesday, it makes it almost certain Norwich away will be 12.30,17.30 or 19.45 as we can't play Sunday, we have had most of our non TV weeks already and if it's the Friday that means the match 2 weeks before must be a Friday (to give a 2 week break).

Anyone know how many BT games is the max, is it 8 or has it changed with the new deals they've got re the full slate being shown?

Think we can ignore the kick off time specific things as well cos we're up to six 5.30's. At a guess I reckon they've used an early Sunday one for Norwich and swapped it cos of the Champions League.
