Well... Would have been enjoyable to watch as a pre-season match.

Hard to criticize Mo ever, but do feel that over the final 30 minutes he was so desperate for that 20th league goal that he passed up about 4 assists.

Ah well. The sun is shining. No one got hurt (as far as we can tell.) Looking forward to 2023-2024!

Not been a great season. Obviously the highlight 7-0 but I'd of sacrificed that result for champions League football.

Gonna be a long summer and difficult recruiting the kind of quality we need to improve this team on a shoestring budget.

Probably just as well this game went the way it did. Should remove some of the camouflage from our run of results, at least on here. Bring on the summer and whatever reinforcements we can add.

What are you guys talking about. If only the authorities would deduct points for pitch invasions? Pitch invasions in moments of triumph are GOOD actually. Obviously I'd rather Everton were relegated right now but there isn't half some partisan motivated nonsense chatted on here. The authorities managing to stamp out pitch invasions would be yet another way of sanitising and removing the heart and soul from the culture of our game.

That was our season summed up in one game.
Total dominance for parts of the game. A midfield who can be bypassed so easily. A defence that can be easy to score against. A forward line that can score lots of goals.

Alisson would have won us the game. However there were too many mistakes and we were at times rather pathetic. Hopefully we bring in the right players and reset.

TAA was MOTM for some of his passes.

This season stunk even more than Rodgers' final one in 2014/15 which had been the worst post Rafa IMO. So basically it's been the worst season in a generation, at least to me anyway. Horrible but it's done.

Surely the only way is up next season. No fucking about in the summer, get our heads back in the game defensively, get back to challenging for the title and win the fucking Europa League. Come on Liverpool.

The winning run papered over some of the cracks - at least the last two games have shown the obvious weaknesses which need correcting.

One consolation is that we can score goals.

Had to listen to commentary so not really how we performed but letting Southampton score 4 goals against us is a bit shite. Anyway thank fuck this season is over. Highlights beating united 7-0 and that Jota goal at the end against spurs. Also the 1-0 at home to Man City. But there were some pretty shit lows as well.

I am not confident we will get the type of rebuild we need as I believe FSG have checked out but I guess we will have to wait and see about that.
