From a personal view as an Arsenal supporter, what I like even more is how they've based that on their form for the calender year. Yet nearly every thread totally dismiss Arsenal as being sh!te (perhaps with some justification). But what they don't realise is that in the calender year table, we're 2nd in form behind Liverpool.

They have. And those of us old enough to remember will know that they were just as delusional before Ferguson arrived too.

They've always had a massively overinflated sense of their own importance. In the 70s and 80s it was laughing stock proportions.

My respect for him could not be higher though, even aside from his work during Covid the way he conducts himself on Twitter is something every player should aspire to.

I think that was just a Spurs thing. This is more one of the great midfields we'll ever see, up there France's Magic Square or Guardiola's Busquets-Xavi-Iniseta triumvirate.

The scary thing is that Man Utd usually play a three in midfield so it'll be Pogba, Fernandes and one of Fred/McTominay. Imagine having that kind of strength in depth.
